Support is provided by telephone, e-mail, and updates and documentation are available from this web site. We can connect remotely to your PC if you are using pcAnywhere or a service such as LogMeIn or GotoMyPC. We also have a zero cost to you method when the above is not available.
All our new installations include support for your CSS programs from Cherry Systems at no charge for the first year. Thereafter primary support for your CSS programs is provided by Cherry Systems. CSS charges an additional annual fee for program updates and as a backup to Cherry Systems.
For a fixed monthly charge Cherry Systems has support to include assistance in resolving problems with your PC, network, Internet and other non CSS issues. Included is PC hardware and non CSS software at our actual out of pocket cost, reduced labor rates, no travel time charge, splitting of travel costs, etc.
