Manual
The Dailybook brings together and reconciles the daily sales with cash, credit cards, paid outs, etc.  It provides book fuel inventory versus the tank monitoring system.  It gives immediate fuel profitability with both CPG margins and gross profit.  It allows for tracking of competitor's fuel prices and provides monthly projections and year over year comparisons.

Interfaces are available to write data directly to QuickBooks and Sage (Peachtree).  An export interface is available for high end accounting programs like Sage 100/300.

Portable data terminals allow you to scan in a vendor delivery perform a physical inventory audit and make price checks and changes out on the sales floor.  A low cost scanner is available for the back office PC to eliminate the tedious typing of bar codes.

CSS In-Depth

You are welcome to supply your own computer systems and network.  Or we will do it and you have one source and one vendor to deal with.
A step by step 480 page user manual makes using CSS a lot easier.  No one can master a comprehensive system like CSS in the short time of the initial setup and training.  Quality documentation is essential.
