Accounting Interfaces
To increase accuracy and save time both the Dailybook and the Inventory will send data to a third party accounting program. Fuel and nonfuel sales, bank deposit, credit cards, local credit transactions, paid outs, and cash over/short is sent to the accounting program. The fuel invoice is also sent. Non fuel invoices and credit memos are sent.
Peachtree
CSS has a true interface to Peachtree. CSS reads and writes directly to the Peachtree data files. This can be used on the same PC or on a network.
MAS90 and other programs able to import data
CSS exports data to files that can be imported as a separate step into an accounting program. These files can transferred on an USB flash drive or via a remote control program such as GoToMyPC or over a wide area network to a central office.
QuickBooks
CSS has a true interface to QuickBooks. CSS reads and writes directly to the QuickBooks data files. This can be used on the same PC, on a network or through an ordinary Internet connection.
